Dr. Roman Rusman is a surgeon-urologist certified in both Estonia and Finland, holding the FEBU diploma (Fellow of the European Board of Urology) and a FECSM certification as a sexual medicine expert. His work is always centered on the patient’s health, quality of life, and long-term well-being.

Roman is a broad-minded, modern-thinking physician who combines top-level surgical experience, evidence-based medicine, and a personalized approach for each patient. He deals daily with urological, andrological, and sexual health issues, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of urological cancers. This allows him to offer precise, effective, and patient-centered treatment solutions.

Another of Roman’s major passions is functional medicine, focusing on the investigation and treatment of chronic fatigue. He believes that a modern physician — particularly a surgeon — must continuously develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge.

He completed his urology residency at the world-class University of Tampere and regularly updates his expertise through international urology and andrology congresses, masterclasses, and clinical trainings. All knowledge gained is applied directly in his daily medical practice.

Dr. Rusman is fluent in Estonian, Russian, English, and Finnish.

Tatjana Mihhailenko is a registered nurse with a master’s degree and over 12 years of experience in healthcare. She has worked in private clinics, family doctor centers, and hospitals, giving her broad and practical clinical expertise.

In urology, Tatjana is known for being professional, caring, and attentive to each patient. She sees patients independently, provides guidance, and uses modern, evidence-based medical practices.

Tatjana speaks Estonian, Russian, and English.

Margi Taimre is an experienced nurse with 15 years in the medical field, including 10 years in Level III intensive care. She has also worked in mental health, correctional facilities, and urology, giving her a broad and valuable expertise.

Margi is known for her excellent communication skills, confidence in challenging situations, and ability to provide each patient with a personalized and compassionate approach.

She values empathy, professionalism, and care in her work. Dedicated and responsible, she is committed to continuous professional development. Margi’s goal is to ensure that every patient receives safe, high-quality, and attentive care.

As the clinic coordinator and administrator, Karina ensures that every patient’s journey is smooth, discreet, and well-organized from the very first contact.

Karina has a diverse background in both medical and customer service fields. She has gained practical experience in urology, worked as a medical department assistant, and as a dental hygienist.

In addition, Karina has worked as a cosmetician and owned a beauty salon, which has helped her develop a strong client-centered approach and excellent organizational skills.

Her key strengths include discretion, attentive listening, calm and professional communication, and reliability.

Karina is fluent in Estonian, Russian, and English, and has some knowledge of Finnish.
