Dear visitor of the Urology and Sexology Center,

To register for a doctor’s appointment or procedure, you must confirm your agreement with the clinic’s terms of visit.
To purchase a health check package, please contact our reception by phone or email.

REGISTRATION

• We recommend registering through the online booking system on our website.
• If you cannot find a suitable service or appointment time, you may contact us by phone or by email at info@uroloogiakeskus.ee
• If you do not receive an immediate response, please be patient and wait until the end of the working day — we will contact you as soon as possible.
• Before registering for an appointment or procedure, please review the price list on our website.
• When registering online, please enter all required information and check that it is correct. In case of incorrect data, the clinic reserves the right to refuse the appointment.
• Telephone consultations take place only by prior agreement with the doctor and after payment of a pre-invoice.
• For questions related to treatment or procedures, please contact us by email. We will reply depending on the urgency of the question, but no later than within 3 working days.
• If you wish to change or cancel your booking, please inform us by email or phone.
• Appointments or procedures can be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, exceptionally 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, the clinic reserves the right to issue an invoice.

PAID SERVICES AND PAYMENT

• Please note that all services provided at the clinic are paid services.
• We accept cash, card, and bank transfer payments.
• After payment, the patient receives a receipt and, upon request, an invoice on paper or by email.
• For card payments, the card terminal receipt will be attached to the invoice.
• The clinic reserves the right to change prices, informing patients at least one month in advance.
• If you have health insurance, please contact your insurance provider before visiting the clinic.
• Prescription renewal is a paid service.
• The prescription will be issued within one working day after payment, and a confirmation will be sent to your email.
• To order a prescription, please fill in the online form and provide all required information.

VISIT INFORMATION

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.
• You must bring an identity document.
• We communicate with patients in Estonian, English, Russian, and Finnish.
• If you need an interpreter, please come to the clinic together with the interpreter.
• Only registered patients are allowed in the clinic.
• Disposable masks are available if needed.
• Please disinfect your hands when entering and leaving the clinic.
