Men’s health package (35+)

Suitable for middle-aged and older men, with additional focus on prostate health and cardiovascular risk factors.

Includes:

  • Nurse appointment 40 min (body composition and measurements — height, weight, waist circumference, BMI, body fat percentage, blood pressure, grip strength, oxygen saturation).
  • Ultrasound — bladder and prostate, rectal examination if needed.
  • Urine flow measurement (uroflow).
  • Urologist appointment.
  • Laboratory tests: hemogram, cholesterol panel (Total, LDL, HDL, triglycerides), HbA1c, glucose, urine sediment microscopy, testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH), CRP (inflammation marker), PSA, fHb (fecal occult blood).

Additional recommendation:
Semen analysis (if no children yet or for family planning).

Additional tests may be added if needed or at the patient’s request.
