Suitable for younger men to assess overall health and detect early risk factors.
Includes:
- Nurse appointment (body composition and measurements — height, weight, waist circumference, BMI, body fat percentage, blood pressure, grip strength, oxygen saturation).
- Ultrasound — bladder and prostate.
- Urologist appointment.
- Laboratory tests: hemogram, cholesterol panel (Total, LDL, HDL, triglycerides), HbA1c, glucose, urine sediment microscopy, testosterone (free, total, SHBG), CRP (inflammation marker).
Additional recommendation:
Semen analysis (if no children yet or for family planning).
Additional tests may be added if needed or at the patient’s request.
